Standard Folder Structure
Your portal is configured with a standardized folder taxonomy to ensure seamless document retrieval for drivers, dispatchers, and accounting staff.
01_Carrier_Credentials/
Your baseline carrier identity documents, kept current and audited on a 30-day expiration watch.
- Active MC / FF / DOT Authority Certificates
- Signed Form W-9 (current tax year)

02_Active_Loads/
A subfolder is created per Load ID the moment a load is booked. All load documents land here in real time.
